ANCHOVY POTATO RECIPES

Potatoes are one of the ingredients that can be served on many menus. Well, one of them is anchovies. This one menu can be used as a complement to dining. Made with a mixture of potatoes, chilies, and anchovies making this one food very much liked by many people.
You don't need a lot of ingredients to make anchovies. Are you curious about how to make it? Come on!

INGREDIENTS
  

  • Anchovies to taste
  • Potato
  • 20 ml Water
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Cloves of red onion
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Micin
  • Java sugar according to taste
  • 10 Red curly chilies
  • 5 Green curly chilies
  • 1 Tomato
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Peel the potato and cut into small cubes and wash thoroughly
  • Fry the potatoes until cooked
  • Wash the anchovies thoroughly then fry them until cooked. When done, drain it
  • Slice all chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomatoes
  • Power the komor with about 15ml of oil and medium heat
  • Add the onion and garlic slices then add the chilies. Stir until half cooked
  • Add water then add salt, micin, tomato, and sugar. Stir well
  • Enter the potatoes and anchovies and stir until cooked
  • Anchovies ready to be served.
