INGREDIENTS
- Anchovies to taste
- Potato
- 20 ml Water
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 Cloves of red onion
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Micin
- Java sugar according to taste
- 10 Red curly chilies
- 5 Green curly chilies
- 1 Tomato
- Cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the potato and cut into small cubes and wash thoroughly
- Fry the potatoes until cooked
- Wash the anchovies thoroughly then fry them until cooked. When done, drain it
- Slice all chilies, shallots, garlic, and tomatoes
