There are so many cooking ideas made from chicken, one of which is chicken shihlin. This chicken is a little different from other chicken dishes. To make chicken shihlin we need the breast meat. The way of making it is quite easy and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. Come on!

  • 400 gr Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauc
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 500 gr Tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Baking soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Liquid milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • Cooking oil


  • Thinly slice chicken meat
  • Puree the garlic and put in a bowl. Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix well
  • Soak the chicken for 30 minutes into the spices that have been made in step 2
  • Prepare tapioca flour then mix with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Spray hot water on the flour to form grains of flour. Continue until the flour grains are evenly distributed
  • Next, prepare a bowl and add the eggs, liquid milk, and 100ml of water. Mix well
  • Prepare the meat, eggs, milk and flour. Then coat the meat with egg milk and then coat it in flour
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and then add the flour. Cook until done
  • Toping can also be added according to tast
  • Shihlin chicken is ready to be served.
