Chicken in Curry Sauce, how spicy is it!

Chicken is one of the dishes that we often encounter, one of which is chicken cooked with spicy spices plus coconut milk. This time Siva’s kitchen will share a recipe for chicken curry sauce wrapped in spicy chilies.

Ingredients :

  • ½ kg of chicken
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cloves of onion
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 5 spicy cayenne peppers
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 1 hazelnut
  • 3 clove grains
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 sheets of orange leaf
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Salt
  • A little nutmeg powder
  • 1 lemongrass stick
  • Cooking oil
  • Chicken flavor broth powder

How to Make

  1. Wash all ingredients to be used
  2. Cut the chicken into smaller sizes, then wash the chicken clean
  3. Boil the chicken for 15 minutes
  4. Roast garlic, onion, hot chili, large red chili, candlenut, cloves, nutmeg, then puree
  5. Sprinkle lemongrass
  6. Saute the spices until fragrant, then add the lemongrass, orange leaves, bay leaves, stir until evenly mixed
  7. Add coconut milk, if the coconut milk has boiled, add chicken, grated coconut, and chicken stock
  8. Wait until the water is a little dry
  9. Correct the taste, if the taste is right and tasty, lift and serve with warm rice
