  • Pan
  • Stove

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 100 ml Water
  • 4 Garlic cloves that have been mashed
  • 10 tbsp Tapioca flour
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Paper
  • ½ tbsp powdered broth
  • Chili powder
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Heat the water then add the garlic. Mix well
  • Add 1 tablespoon tapioca flour and stir until cooked. When it looks transparent and cooked, then turn off the stove
  • Pour the cooked flour into the uncooked tapioca flour. Stir until metaraoh and add salt, pepper and chicken stock. Stir until smooth
  • When the dough is clay and is not sticky to the hands, then form the dough gradually into small circles
  • Pour the oil in the pan and put the cimol then turn on the comor over medium heat
  • Remove the cooked cimol then add the chili powder to taste.
