Dakgalbi is a food dish originating from South Korea. This food has been popular in many countries in the world, one of which is Indonesia. This dish contains stir-fried chicken that has been cut into cubes and marinated in gochujang sauce.

EQUIPMENT

  • Stove
  • Frying pan
  • Scraper
  • The palte
  • Bowl

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 500 gr Chicken meat
  • 200 gr Cabbage
  • 2 Onion Ring
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 7 Cloves of chopped garlic

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Prepare a bowl and mix the garlic, gochujang, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well
  • Add the diced chicken and stir until the spices are evenly distributed
  • Let stand for 40 minutes
  • After 40 minutes then heat the teflon with cooking oil on the stove using medium heat
  • Add the chicken that has been allowed to stand for 40 minutes then stir
  • Add the cabbage and mix well
  • When it is cooked then turn off the stove and transfer the chicken dakgalbi to a plate
  • Chicken Dakgalbi is ready to be served.
