
CHICKEN DAKGALBI RECIPES
Dakgalbi is a food dish originating from South Korea. This food has been popular in many countries in the world, one of which is Indonesia. This dish contains stir-fried chicken that has been cut into cubes and marinated in gochujang sauce.
EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr Chicken meat
- 200 gr Cabbage
- 2 Onion Ring
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 7 Cloves of chopped garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a bowl and mix the garlic, gochujang, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well
- Add the diced chicken and stir until the spices are evenly distributed
- Let stand for 40 minutes
- After 40 minutes then heat the teflon with cooking oil on the stove using medium heat
- Add the chicken that has been allowed to stand for 40 minutes then stir
- Add the cabbage and mix well
- When it is cooked then turn off the stove and transfer the chicken dakgalbi to a plate
- Chicken Dakgalbi is ready to be served.
