Bakwan is a food made from cut vegetables mixed with wheat flour and spices. Bakwan is usually a snack and a side dish to eat Nasi Uduk, Nasi Kuning, and other dishes. Curious how to make it, let’s go

Ground spices:

  1. 150 grams of wheat flour
  2. 100 grams of seasoned flour
  3. 3 garlic cloves
  4. 2 cloves of red onion
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 9 cilantro
  8. Cooking oil to taste
  9. Chicken stock powder

Mixed Ingredients:

  1. 2 carrots
  2. ¼ cabbage
  3. 2 leeks
  4. 1 potato

How to Make:

  1. Prepare the tools and materials to be used
  2. Slice carrots, cabbage, green onions, and potatoes, then wash them thoroughly
  3. Puree the garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and coriander
  4. Pour the vegetable slices into the container, then add the ground spices, stir until everything is well blended
  5. Add flour and water gradually stir until everything is well blended and the mixture is slightly thick
  6. Prepare a frying pan and pour enough vegetable oil
  7. Then take 1 tablespoon of dough then put it in cooking oil then flatten it a little, and fry until golden yellow
  8. If the bakwan has turned golden yellow, remove from heat and drain. Bakwan ready to eat.
