Snacks have become foods that cannot be separated from our relaxing time with family, and it’s not OK if chatting is not accompanied by snacks. Haha. One of the delicious snacks that can accompany our relaxing time is Risoles Egg Mayo.

You can make it yourself at home which is certainly more economical and healthier too. The ingredients are also very easy to get. How to make it? Let’s let’s go!

Risol Leather Material

  1. 350 grams of wheat flour
  2. 600 ml of Mineral Water
  3. 2 Tsp Salt
  4. 2 Egg Grain
  5. 1 Tsp White Pepper
  6. 1 Tbs Chicken Stock

Risol Filling Material

  1. 4 Celery leaves
  2. 5 Leeks
  3. 3 Chili
  4. 60gr Mayonnaise
  5. ½ Tsp salt
  6. 8 Egg grains
  7. Semoked Beef To taste
  8. 550gr breadcrumbs
  9. 1 Tsp Pepper

How to make:

The first step, make risol skin.

  1. Prepare tools and materials to be used
  2. Pour 350gr flour and 2 eggs in one container and stir gently while adding water little by little until the dough is evenly distributed
  3. Add chicken stock, pepper, and salt and stir until evenly distributed
  4. Prepare Teflon and add oil, put on low heat
  5. Pour the dough on the Teflon then spread it out. Turn the dough on the Teflon and remove it when it’s cooked.

The second step is to make risol filling.

  1. Prepare tools and materials to be used
  2. Heat a pot of water and add 8 eggs
  3. Peel all the cooked eggs and put them in one container. Mash the eggs until blended.
  4. Add mayonnaise, green onion, celery, salt and stir until evenly distributed

The third step, make egg mayo risoles.

  1. Prepare the tools and materials used
  2. Take the risol skin then add the smoke beef and the risol filling. Roll it up closed on all sides
  3. Crack two eggs then stir in one container
  4. Put the risol roll in the egg mixture then add it to the breadcrumbs. Make sure all sides of the risol are covered with breadcrumbs
  5. Fry on medium heat until the color turns brownish
  6. Drain and the Rissoles egg mayo is ready to serve.
