INGREDIENTS
  

  • 700 gr Squid
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Lime
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Salt according to taste
  • Mushroom broth to taste
  • 5 Red onions
  • 3 Garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • 5 Red curly chilies
  • 5 Red bird's eye chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground coriander
  • Margarine

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash the squid thoroughly and then cut it according to taste
  • Puree shallots, garlic, red chilies, bird's eye chilies, ginger, and turmeric
  • Add lime juice and spices that have been mashed. Mix until blended
  • Add sugar, salt, mushroom stock, sweet soy sauce, and ground coriander. Then stir until blended. Let stand for 25 minutes in the refrigerator
  • Heat Teflon then spread margarine on top
  • Put the squid on top of the Teflon and cook until cooked while applying the remaining spices
  • Teflon grilled squid ready to be served.
