Entering the rainy season is very necessary to maintain health. Apart from exercise, we also need to maintain our health by consuming healthy foods. One of the healthy foods we recommend is kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional food originating from Korea. This food is a fermented product made from mustard greens and spices made with special ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • Chicory
  • 250 ml Korean anchovy sauce
  • 480 gr Gochugaru
  • 2 tbsp Glutinous rice flour / flour
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Pear
  • 50 gr Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion ring
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 100 gr Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 Dried Shirataki Mushroom
  • Dry Kelp
  • 300 gr Leeks
  • 2 White radishes

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Cut the mustard greens into 4 parts and then wash them thoroughly
  • Prepare 75gr of salt and pour warm water and mix until blended. After adding 500ml of cold water, wash the mustard greens with the salt water
  • Apply salt to all the mustard greens until blended and put in the jar for 8-10 hours
  • Drain the mustard greens that have been allowed to stand then wash them thoroughly and let stand for 1 hour to dry
  • Heat a pot of water then add the dry kelp and shirataki mushrooms. Boil for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove the dry kelp and shirataki mushrooms because they only need water
  • Filter the water as much as 500 ml and pour the filtered water back into the pan then add the glutinous rice / flour and stir until blended. And turn on the stove. Cook until cooked
  • Put the onion, garlic, and pears in the blender and puree
  • Cut the white radish and green onion into 6cm length
  • Combine the ingredients that have been blended, gochugaru, anchovies soy sauce, honey, sugar, salt and broth that has been made in stage 6. Then stir until blended
  • Add the chopped spring onions and white radish and stir by hand. Make sure to use gloves
  • Smear the cabbage with herbs and put it in a jar
  • Kimchi is ready to be served
