How to Make a Tofu Kemul

Tofu Kemul is one of the snacks that came from Indonesia. Tofu is a food made from soybeans which can be found anywhere with various preparations. Tofu Kemul is tofu that is dipped in a flour mixture that has been seasoned and then fried and for accompanying food there is soy sauce. This snack can be one snack that can be your friend to relax or eat. Curious? Here is the recipe.

Ingredients :

  1. 200 grams of flour
  2. 2 large white tofu
  3. 3 leeks
  4. 125 gram sago flour
  5. chicken flavoring powder
  6. Water
  7. Salt
  8. 7 cayenne pepper
  9. Soy sauce
  10. Cooking oil

How to Make:

  1. Wash the tofu, then slice the tofu into a medium size
  2. Wash spring onion and slice
  3. Mix the ingredients for flour, sago flour, salt, chicken flavoring, and water. Stir until evenly mixed and thick dough. Then add the chopped leek
  4. Put the tofu into the batter
  5. Heat cooking oil, fry tofu until cooked and turn golden, cook using medium heat
  6. If the tofu is cooked, remove from heat and drain
  7. For the sauce, thinly slice the chili and mix with soy sauce, stir until evenly mixed
