KEMANGI SHREDDED CHICKEN RECIPE

Chicken is one of the most popular side dishes by many people. There are many types of dishes made from chicken, one of which is shredded chicken kemagi. Besides its attractive appearance, shredded chicken has a more savory taste than ordinary chicken. Of course friends are obliged to try this one menu once.

  • The plate
  • Punch or blander

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken breast
  • Lime
  • 50 gr Curly chilies
  • 10 Red bird's eye chilies
  • 6 Cloves of garlic
  • Turmeric
  • Kencur
  • 3 Candlenut
  • 1/2 Tomatoes
  • Lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Powdered stock
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash the chicken and then add the lime juice. Let stand for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes then fry the chili cooked. Don't be too dry
  • Shred the chicken according to taste
  • Heat a skillet then fry chopped curly chilies, cayenne pepper, shallots, garlic, kencur, turmeric, tomatoes, and candlenuts
  • Puree the fried spices using a mortar or blander
  • Saute the spices until cooked and cook
  • Add the lime leaves and shredded meat and stir until well blended
  • Add a little water, salt, sugar, pepper, and broth powder. Stir well
  • Enter the basil leaves according to taste. Do not be too long
  • Turn off the stove and transfer to a plate
  • Shredded basil chicken is ready to be served.
