  • 120 gr Cornstarch
  • 120 gr Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Cooking Oil
  • Black pepper


  • Wash the chicken thoroughly
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pour in the cornstarch, wheat flour and eggs. Then stir until blended
  • Fry using medium heat until cooked
  • Next, make chicken sauce
  • Combine the tomato sauce, chili sauce, honey and water. Stir well
  • Heat a wok with a little oil then saute the garlic
  • Add the sauce that has been made and mix well
  • Enter the fried chicken and mix well
