INGREDIENTS
  

  • 250 gr Glutinous rice
  • 550 ml Water
  • 3/4 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 2 Pandan leaves
  • 1 Mango

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly
  • Once clean, soak in 300ml of water and add 65ml coconut milk and ½ tbsp salt. Then mix well
  • After soaking for 1 hour then transfer the glutinous rice to the rice cooker and wait for it to cook
  • Prepare a pan and add 130gr coconut milk, cornstarch, 200ml water, 1/4 tbsp salt, and pandan leaves. Turn on the heat over medium heat while stirring
  • Turn off the stove when the sauce is cooked
  • Prepare a plate and take the cooked sticky rice. If you want interesting results, the rice can be shaped according to taste
  • Cut the washed manga fruit then place it on the side of the sticky rice
  • Pour the sauce over the rice and mango according to taste
  • Mango sticky rice is ready to be served.
