INGREDIENTS
  

  • 260 gr Wheat flour
  • 100 gr Of fine potato
  • 2 tbsp Powder Milk
  • 35 gr Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 30 gr Liquid margarine
  • 100 ml Of liquid milk
  • 6 gr Yeast
  • 1/4 tbsp Baking Powder
  • Cooking oil
  • Refined sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Combine milk, egg yolk, and melted butter and mix well
  • The second step is to mix dry ingredients, namely flour, sugar, powdered milk, yeast and baking powder and mix well. After mixing, add the smooth potatoes and stir until blended
  • Add the liquid spices that have been made in the first stage above and stir until blended
  • Next, mix the dough by hand until blended
  • Let the dough stand 30-40 minutes so that the flour is absorbed
  • After letting it sit, knead the dough for 5 minutes
  • After that, form the dough into a round donut
  • Turn the skillet on the stove over medium heat
  • Fry the donuts until cooked then drain
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar according to taste.
