Potatoes have properties that can absorb the seasoning perfectly. The potatoes that have been fried are then cooked with chili sauce and mixed with quail eggs. Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes
- 6 quail eggs
- 1 pack of beef brand Super Orange meatballs
- 250 ml coconut milk
- Water
- 2 bay leaves

- Cooking oil
- Powder / flavoring broth
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 red cloves
- 7 hot peppers
- 1 large red chili
- Salt
- 1 hazelnut
- 2 or 1 brown sugar
How to Make:
- Wash all ingredients beforehand
- Peel the potatoes, then slice a small box, then soak in water so that the potatoes don’t turn black
- Boil quail eggs until cooked
- Cut beef meatballs into 4 parts, if you want to sliced with other shapes please adjust to your liking
- Then heat the pan and pour cooking oil
- Fried potatoes, quail eggs, and meatballs until cooked evenly, to fry them according to their type, do not mix
- While we are frying, prepare the spices, which are (garlic, onion, candlenut, brown sugar, hot chili, big red chili, salt) until smooth and the spices are evenly mixed
- If all the ingredients have been fried then drain, so that the oil does not come too much
- Then prepare coconut milk
- Prepare spicy sauce that has been mixed with water, for a dose of water used as much as 2 tablespoons
- Then heat the pan, use enough oil, put in the finely grounded spices, bay leaves, orange leaves, galangal. Saute the spices until fragrant, then add coconut milk
