Recipe for Sambel Ijo, Delicious Indonesian-style Sambel

Ingredients:

  1. 5 garlic
  2. 15 Green bird’s eye chilies
  3. 5 large green chilies
  4. ¼ teaspoon of salt
  5. 5 pieces of lime leaves, whole
  6. 1 teaspoon chicken powder broth
  7. 200 ml of water to boil
  8. 300 ml of cooking oil
  9. 3 green tomatoes

How to Make:

  1. Peel the garlic and remove the chili pliers, then wash them thoroughly
  2. Boil cayenne pepper, large green chilies, green tomatoes and garlic with 200 ml of water until wilted, then drain and mash roughly
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, then saute chili sauce using low heat
  4. Add salt, powder broth and lime leaves, stir until everything is well blended, if the water in the chili sauce has shrunk, remove it immediately.
