INGREDIENTS
  

  • Pepper according to taste
  • Salt according to taste
  • Powder broth according to taste
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 5 Chili
  • 4 Red onion ring
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Fried indomie
  • 1 Egg
  • Mustard greens
  • 1 Tomato
  • Cooking oil
  • 250 ml Water

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • The first stage is to make ground spices. Blend chilies, shallots, garlic, pepper, sugar, salt and broth powder
  • Once smooth, put it in the preheated skillet and add a little cooking oil. Saute until fragrant
  • Add 250ml of water and cook until it boils then add the eggs. Beat the eggs that have been added
  • Enter the indomie and all the spices on the package
  • Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, and broth to taste. Then stir so that all the spices are evenly mixed
  • After 1.5 minutes add the mustard greens and tomatoes. Stir so that the spices are evenly distributed and wait for 2 minutes
  • After the noodles are cooked, remove them from the bowl and the dokdok noodles are ready to be served.
