EQUIPMENT

  • Chopping board
  • Plastic
  • Scissors
  • Spoon
  • Knife

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 Bowl warm rice
  • Nugget
  • Omelet rolls
  • Stir-fry carrots and cucumber
  • Nori size width

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Cut one side of the plastic to make it wide
  • Place the nori on the plastic with the root side up
  • Place the rice on the nori until blended. Don't be too thick
  • Place the omelet, carrots and cucumber on top of the rice
  • Roll up slowly while compacting. Repeat for 2 times
  • Don't remove the plastic yet. Let stand 5-6 minutes
  • After 5-6 minutes remove the plastic and cut according to taste
  • Sushi is ready to be served
