
ROLL CINNAMON RECIPES

INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml Warm milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Sachet of yeast
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 gr Sugar
- 300 gr Flour
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 150 gr Refined sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Liquid Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a bowl and add 150ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 sachet of yeast. Then stir until blended and let stand for 1 hour
- After 1 hour then add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 50gr of granulated sugar and mix until blended
- Prepare 300gr of wheat flour and 1tbsp of salt and mix
- Pour the ingredients that have been made in step 2 into the flour and stir
- Knead the flour until smooth and mixer until smooth. Then let stand for 1 hour
- After 1 hour then roll the dough flat and wide
- Sprinkle the filling with 150gr sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 tablespoons butter, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Before being sprinkled, apply butter first
- If it is flat then roll the flour and cut it to the size according to taste. Then let stand for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes then oven for 15-20 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees
- The next stage is to make a glaze
- Prepare a bowl and add 150gr powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 tablespoons butter, and 2 tablespoons liquid milk then stir until blended
- Pour the glaze on top of the cinnamon roll according to taste
- Cinnamond roll is ready to be served.
