Cinnamond roll is a roll filled with wooden cream with a sweet taste. This bread originated in Swdia and is well known throughout the world. In Indonesia, this bread can be found in many places.
Now, this time we present a simple cinnamon roll making recipe and can be an additional idea for friends. Let's go!

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 150 ml Warm milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Sachet of yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 150 gr Refined sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Milk

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Prepare a bowl and add 150ml warm milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 sachet of yeast. Then stir until blended and let stand for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour then add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 50gr of granulated sugar and mix until blended
  • Prepare 300gr of wheat flour and 1tbsp of salt and mix
  • Pour the ingredients that have been made in step 2 into the flour and stir
  • Knead the flour until smooth and mixer until smooth. Then let stand for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour then roll the dough flat and wide
  • Sprinkle the filling with 150gr sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 tablespoons butter, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Before being sprinkled, apply butter first
  • If it is flat then roll the flour and cut it to the size according to taste. Then let stand for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes then oven for 15-20 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees
  • The next stage is to make a glaze
  • Prepare a bowl and add 150gr powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 tablespoons butter, and 2 tablespoons liquid milk then stir until blended
  • Pour the glaze on top of the cinnamon roll according to taste
  • Cinnamond roll is ready to be served.
