INGREDIENTS
  

  • 11 Red bird's eye chilies
  • Hot cooking oil
  • Shallots
  • Lemongrass
  • Lime leaves
  • Baked shrimp paste (if you don't like it you can discip it)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Powdered broth
  • 1 Mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash chilies, shallots, lemongrass and lime leaves
  • Thinly slice bird's eye chilies, shallots, lemongrass and lime leaves
  • Transfer the ingredients that have been sliced ​​in one container
  • Add seasoning salt, stock powder, mushroom stock, and ground pepper. Then stir until blended
  • Squeeze using gloves to remove the juice from the shallot and lemongrass
  • Combine the chili sauce with hot oil and stir until blended
  • Sambal matah is ready to be served.
