This food originating from China is food that is made by steaming and the taste can be created according to taste such as beef, chicken, seafood, vegetables, and others. INGREDIENTS
  

  • 200 gr Chicken breast fillet
  • 50 gr Chicken skin
  • 50 gr Peeled shrimp
  • 9 tbsp Tapioca flour
  • 1 Egg white grain
  • 50 gr Grated carrots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Ice cubes
  • 15 Dumplings / dumplings skin

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Puree chicken skin, chicken meat, tapioca flour, 2 cloves of garlic, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt, egg white, ice cubes, and salt. Then blend until smooth
  • Transfer all the ingredients that have been in the blander to a bowl then add the carrots according to taste and mix well
  • Fill the dumpling skin with meat that has been blander and shape like dim sum
  • Add carrot toping according to taste
  • Arrange the dim sum on the steamer and steam for 16-20 minutes
  • Dimsum dumplings are ready to be served.
