SOFT ROUND TOFU

Round tofu is a snack made from tofu and has a hollow round shape. These snacks often pass by car and are priced at IDR 500.00 per bean. Besides being tasty, this snack is not boring.

  • Stove
  • Wok
  • Bowl
  • The plate
  • Plastic gloves
  • Clean cloth

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 10 White tofu box
  • 1 tbsp Egg yolk
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder double acting
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Crush the tofu until smooth. Put on gloves
  • Get a clean cloth and put all the tofu on the cloth. Squeeze the tofu until the water content is 30%
  • Prepare a bowl and pour the squeezed tofu. Add 1 tablespoon of egg yolk, salt and baking powder then mix well
  • Round out the tofu according to taste and let stand for 1 hour
  • After 1 hour, then prepare a frying pan over low heat and fry the round tofu until browned
  • Round tofu ready to serve.
