  • Steamed sponge mold
  • Mixer
  • Pan

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 225 gr Wheat Flour
  • 200 gr 200gr Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 1 Chicken Eggs
  • 200 ml of thin coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Emulsifier
  • ½ tsp Food coloring according to taste (here I use pink)

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Prepare all tools and materials
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla powder, 1 egg, coconut milk, and emulsifier in one container
  • Mixer using high speed until white thickens for – + 15 minutes. Make sure there are no air bubbles in the dough
  • Mix the food coloring in the dough. If you want interesting results, you can use more than one food coloring
  • Pour the mixture into the steamed sponge mold
  • Steam for 16 minutes on medium heat
