INGREDIENTS
  

  • ¼ kg of beef fillets
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp of powdered broth
  • 2 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 Chicken eggs
  • 180 gr Wheat flour
  • Onions
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • Carrots according to taste
  • 2 leeks
  • Sweet corn according to taste
  • Pineapple
  • Margarine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • French fries
  • chili sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Beat eggs, 3 teaspoons chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 teaspoon powdered broth
  • Soak the beef fillets for 5-7 minutes in a beaten egg and seasonings
  • Transfer the beef fillet to the flour and stir until evenly distributed, repeat this step 2 times
  • Fry in hot oil until completely cooked then drain
  • Slice 3 cloves of garlic and onion
  • Heat margarine in a skillet then add chopped garlic and onion
  • Add grated tomatoes, carrots, corn, pineapple and chopped green onions, stir until evenly distributed
  • Add water according to taste, 1 teaspoon powdered broth, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt then stir until evenly distributed
  • Dissolve the cornstarch with water then put it in the sauce that is being cooked, stir and wait for it to thicken.
  • When it thickens, turn off the stove
  • Heat the hot plate on the stove then add margarine
  • When the margarine is evenly distributed, turn off the stove then remove the hot plate from the stove
  • Place the crispy tenderloin and french fries on the hot palte
  • Pour the sweet and sour sauce on the hot plate
  • Add the chili sauce according to taste and the steak is ready to be served
