INGREDIENTS
  

  • 400 gr Beef
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca flour
  • 1 Ginger
  • 5 Garlic
  • 200 gr Cut pineapple
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • Pepper powder according to taste
  • Salt according to taste
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Flavoring powder
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Add soy sauce and tapioca flour and let stand for 12 minutes
  • Wash the green and red peppers then cut according to taste
  • Heat the oil then saute garlic and ginger then add the meat, pineapple, green peppers, red peppers, and water
  • Add the oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, pepper, sugar, salt, granulated sugar and mushroom flavoring. Cook until cooked
  • Saute the pineapple meat ready to serve.
