One of the fries that you must try is tofu. Unlike other fried tofu, tofu walik is made by removing the contents of the tofu and replacing it with a filling that has been mixed with spices and flour.   • 10 Fried tofu
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper
  • 100 gr Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tbsp Powdered broth
  • 1 Leeks, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 150 ml Hot water


  • Wash the tofu thoroughly, then cut them into triangles
  • Take out the white part of the tofu and then turn the outer position of the tofu into an inner tofu
  • Combine all the ingredients together then mix well
  • Add the white tofu filling. Then mix well
  • Add 150ml of hot water and mix well
  • Fill the tofu skin using the dough that has been made
  • Heat cooking oil over medium heat
  • Fry the tofu until cooked and the tofu walikes are ready to be served.
